You build to green standards, now protect them too.

The 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® Going Green Home Warranty provides 10 full years of structural home warranty protection for green builders constructing homes to nationally recognized standards, such as ENERGY STAR, National Green Building Standards (NGBS), and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).

Coverage includes:

  • One year surety coverage of workmanship and materials.
  • Two years surety coverage on systems.
  • Ten full years of insurance-backed structural defect coverage on qualified load-bearing components.
  • Clearly written guidelines that define both the builder’s and homeowner’s responsibilities for non-structural items in the first two years of coverage.
  • Repair plan with an awareness of the products & procedures compliant with the specific standard such as ENERGY STAR, NGBS, and LEED.
