With the Construction Lender Warranty, you can choose between the 2-10 HBW Structural Warranty or the 10-year Structural Warranty intended for properties that are newly constructed and have never been occupied.

Comprehensive coverage of the 2-10 HBW Structural Warranty includes:

  • One year surety coverage of workmanship and material
  • Two years surety coverage on systems
  • Ten full years of insurance-backed structural defect coverage on qualified load-bearing components
