My homeowner has not heard from the Service Contractor, what do I do?

2-10 HBW, upon receipt of the service request, will contact a service contractor within 24 hours during normal business hours and within 48 hours on weekends and holidays. If 2-10 HBW has an email address for the homeowner, the homeowner will have receive an email confirmation of the service request, which includes the contact information for the contractor. The homeowner is welcome to call the service contractor directly. If your homeowner still hasn’t been contacted by the service contractor after this allotted time, please contact 2-10 HBW Customer Service at 800.775.4736.
