Manufactured Home Warranty

Get 10-year coverage for your manufactured home from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW). The Manufactured Home Warranty covers qualifying defects to load-bearing parts of the home (beams, headers, columns, joists, floor trusses, rafters, struts, roof trusses, load-bearing walls, partitions and steel I-beam frames) from frame up. Coverage begins at the plant, starting on the date of occupancy or transfer of title.

Add optional Retail Warranty Coverage to your Manufactured Home Warranty for enhanced coverage including:

  • Ten full years of limited structural warranty coverage that includes the home’s foundation and defects arising from soil movement
  • One year surety coverage of workmanship and materials
