Modular Home Warranty

The Modular Home Warranty offered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW) provides a 10-year structural warranty and builder-provided coverage to qualified modular manufacturers and builders.

The comprehensive structural defect warranty includes:

  • Ten full years of insurance-backed, limited structural warranty coverage that includes the home’s foundation and defects arising from soil movement
  • No mandatory manufacturer deductibles

The 2-10 Builder-Provided Warranty covers the home after it is placed on a permanent foundation. The builder covers the first year of workmanship and materials as well as the home’s major systems for the first two years.
