About Alyson
Alyson Smist is an Account Executive for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) Resale Division covering southeastern North Carolina. Her territory includes Wilmington, Leland, Jacksonville, New Bern, Crystal Coast, Southport, Oak Island, Calabash, Boiling Spring Lakes, and Holden Beach.
Prior to joining 2-10 HBW in 2020, Alyson was the Assistant General Manager for the Wilmington Sharks Baseball Club in Wilmington, NC. Alyson’s philosophy with business partners is to follow the laws of Stratospheric Success from the book “The Go-Giver” by Bob Burg and John David Mann, specifically the law of value: Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment. Alyson is known to strive at all times to provide excellent communication and is thrilled to work for an industry-leading Home Warranty company.
During her “free time,” you will find Alyson volunteering for various non-profit boards, spending time with her daughter Caroline and husband John, and watching her beloved New England sports teams.
Alyson is the 2022 Affiliate of the Year recognized by the Cape Fear Board of REALTORS.
