About Kim
Kim Nelson is an Account Executive for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW) Resale Division. Kim covers coastal Virginia, including: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Newport News, & Hampton. Additionally, her territory goes inland including: Williamsburg, Richmond and Charlottesville.
Kim joins 2-10 HBW after a successful career in sales and marketing. She’s held positions as an advertising account executive at Tribune Publishing and a marketing manager at Choice Financial Group. She also holds a P&C insurance license. Kim received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk.
Kim is a strong networker and is passionate about providing the best possible customer experience for her clients. She is a strategic thinker, planner, and takes pride in building relationships with her real estate industry peers. Kim believes that having a solid understanding of her client’s business helps her help them be even more successful and gain more referrals.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, including her son and daughter. She loves trying new things, going for walks, traveling, ski trips, and the beach.
