Warranty Administration

When you purchase a warranty from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW), we’ll administer your warranty after closing, saving you time and hassle. Take advantage of our dedicated call center, informational pamphlet and onsite seminar to provide top-notch customer service with ease.

Warranty Administration Center
Our Warranty Administration Center is staffed by experienced warranty administration and builder services specialists who can answer questions for you and the homeowner(s) about 2-10 HBW home warranties.

The center also facilitates the builder and homeowner’s dispute resolution process and assists the parties in initiating arbitration—the resolution method specified in 2-10 HBW home warranties for when builders and homeowners cannot resolve disagreements to both parties’ satisfaction. It utilizes a neutral third-party professional, called an arbitrator, who hears the dispute and renders a decision, which the homeowner and builder agree to follow.
