Warranty Administration Center
Our Warranty Administration Center is staffed by experienced warranty administration and builder services specialists who can answer questions for you and the homeowner(s) about 2-10 HBW home warranties.
The center also facilitates the builder and homeowner’s dispute resolution process and assists the parties in initiating arbitration—the resolution method specified in 2-10 HBW home warranties for when builders and homeowners cannot resolve disagreements to both parties’ satisfaction. It utilizes a neutral third-party professional, called an arbitrator, who hears the dispute and renders a decision, which the homeowner and builder agree to follow.
