I have not heard from the Service Contractor, what do I do?

2-10 HBW, upon receipt of the service request, will contact a service contractor within 4 hours during normal business hours and within 48 hours on weekends and holidays. If 2-10 HBW has your email address, you will receive an email confirmation of the service request, which includes the contact information for the contractor. Your are welcome to call the service contractor directly. If you still haven’t been contacted by the service contractor after this allotted time, please contact 2-10 HBW Customer Service at 800.775.4736.
