About Julie

Julie Gutierrez is an Account Executive for the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10) Resale Division covering a wide swath of Texas, including the Galleria area, Memorial, Katy, Pearland, Sugar Land, Clearlake, Pasadena, and Baytown.

Julie has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including a year-and-a-half with a home inspection and home warranty company prior to joining 2-10. She believes that communication, adaptability, problem solving, and customer service are the hallmarks of a strong salesperson.

“In my previous job as an AE, I was able to build relationships with many agents,” she says. “One of the reasons why some mentioned they enjoyed working with me was because I always made myself available either over the phone or to meet with them when they had any questions.”

Julie is a dependable and honest person who enjoys being a team player. She loves meeting new people and creating long-lasting relationships in her personal and professional life.

Outside of her work with 2-10, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband Armando and their three children, Luis, Sofia, and Diego. They especially like to ride bikes around the neighborhood and swim.
