It gives us peace of mind knowing that we are covered all of the time. 2-10 HBW sends the message out and service contractors call immediately. Once the heat was out and I was not feeing well. The service contractor came right out after I contacted 2-10 HBW. This is when he told me that the furnace was faulty and emitting gases which were making me feel ill. I am grateful to 2-10 HBW for the rapid response to our needs. You very well may have saved my life and my family. Thank you.
