I was recently contacted by Casey at 2-10 HBW. She was extremely helpful with my renewal. She listened to my issue that I had recently over a weekend with a plumbing problem and was very sympathetic that I had to deal with this directly and was not be able to use our warranty since I could not wait until a Monday (I had my grandchildren and my water would not turn off at all unless I shut the entire house down). Had she not been so helpful, etc. I was not sure that I was going to renew. She saved a customer for 2-10 HBW!
