We first learned of 2-10 HBW when we purchased our home in 2004 and the seller provided us with the warranty. We have renewed our policy every year since then. In the 11 years we’ve had the policy, we’ve never been disappointed. We have filed several claims over the years and have always been happy with the contractor sent and the quick service provided by 2-10 HBW. The past couple of years, we’ve not had to file any claims and received an unexpected discount on our policy renewal this year. We highly recommend 2-10 HBW.
