Thanks to my Service Agreement, I can afford to own a home on my own without worrying about major unexpected expenses. I’ve been very satisfied with service when my A/C failed in two Arizona summers, plumbing leaked through my ceiling, the water heater burst and refrigerator failed twice. I felt fortunate to be covered. All was repaired or replaced in a timely manner and at minimal out-of-pocket cost.
