Renewing was a good decision

As retirees moving from a small town in Illinois to Las Vegas, we had no idea who to call when something major needed fixing. Although we didn’t use the 2-10 HBW Service Agreement that came with the house in the first few years, we decided to keep renewing it, just in case. It was a good decision. With the exception of one, every contractor sent to us by 2-10 HBW over the last 18 years has acted professionally and was able to fix our problem in a timely manner. Most importantly, we always felt safe allowing them into our home.
