As I was washing clothes, I noticed a huge puddle on the floor. I had no clue what was wrong, so I called 2-10. Boy, was I happy I called! Not only did they diagnose my problem, but I was able to get a new machine! I only had to pay my service fee. I would not have been able to afford a new machine if it had not been for my warranty company. Thanks, 2-10 HBW!
