We don’t have one story, but many over the ten years we have had the 2-10 HBW warranty. As things break in a house, they have to be repaired. We have had a heat pump, water heater and water softener replaced. Repairs to leaking pipes, refrigerator ice maker and microwave. They [2-10 HBW] have always provided prompt and excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a house.
