I’ve had this 2-10 HBW warranty since I bought the house in 1995 and have been extremely happy with the service and protection this plan offers. It’s great to have this protection. Not long after I bought the house, the A/C went out and the warranty folks took care of the problem. Since 1995, I’ve needed their [2-10 HBW’s] help with a few things and each time they have come to the rescue!
