We got our Home Warranty Service Agreement when we bought our home, it was part of the sale. We didn’t realize how beneficial it would be. We didn’t need it the first year and almost let it go, but decided to renew the following year. Lucky thing, our A/C went out multiple times for all different reasons during the summer months. 2-10 HBW was quick each time to send someone within 24 hours, which was great because we live in Florida. Each time we had to call 2-10 HBW, they were super friendly and eager to help us get our issues resolved. They even waived the service fee once when we had a bad experience with one of the A/C companies. We are now going into our 9th year of renewing our Service Agreement and it has always made our resolution quick and easy.
