We had recently moved to our new home in North Carolina and purchased a front loading washing machine from friends who had used it in their beach house. We obtained pedestals for it and the matching dryer which completed our “new-to-us” laundry room. The sellers had purchased the 2-10 HBW Home Warranty Service Agreement, which was something we had not had in our previous homes but would soon find out how grateful we were to partner with this fine company. When the washing machine broke down, I called 2-10 HBW and they arranged for an appliance repair shop that came out the very next day with the part in hand! Being new to town, I would not have known whom to call.
