I called in January in reference to my work order not being completed by the contractor. I was fortunate enough to speak to Nicole. I am big on customer service, and I was thoroughly impressed with Nicole. I was a bit frustrated because I had not been contacted by the contractor, but Nicole was so nice and reassuring. She checked on it and also contacted the contractor for me.
