I called my service provider and within 30 minutes they came out

Recently our house started getting warm and I quickly realized our air wasn’t working. I called our warranty company even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday to report the problem. I easily got a provider’s name and work order number. I gave them a call at 5:30 thinking no one would respond until at least Monday. I was wondering what we would do with 100 degree temperatures. I called East Texas Heat & Air and within 30 minutes they came out and got our A/C working that evening. Couldn’t ask for better.
