I can't say enough about how easy it is

I can’t say enough about how easy it is to deal with 2-10 HBW. That is what counts most of all when things do go wrong. Any company can sell you a warranty, but you need to rate them on service when emergencies do come up. The first time that we ever had to use a warranty [Service Agreement], my wife was six months into her pregnancy and the fan on our A/C unit went out. Little Rock was 95 degrees that week. We were worried how long it would take to fix. I had heard horror stories on other warranty companies’ repairs. The first company said that they were backlogged for 3-4 days. When I called 2-10 HBW back and explained the situation my wife was in and the temperature at that time, they were really flexible, allowing me to call on another company to get it fixed ASAP! They were genuinely concerned for her safety. We got everything fixed and working within a day with no hassle. That is service!
