I have been extremely pleased with the accessibility of the service and the expediency with which my service requests are responded to and completed. It has saved me much more than the cost of my Service Agreement. I believe it is better to have this protection and not need it than to need repairs than not have it. I am pleased with the professionalism of their customer service representatives as well. I have recommended this service to others.
