I would recommend 2-10 HBW to ANYONE just for the peace of mind. A few years ago, I heard a noise in my central air unit. I was so afraid that the out of pocket expense would cause me to take out a small loan. However, I was reminded that I had renewed my Service Agreement with 2-10 HBW, so I called 2-10 HBW without hesitation. As usual, the customer service representative was understanding, friendly and caring about my situation. She made me feel like my central air unit was the most important problem in the world. The customer service rep was clear and concise as to what my options were with the agreement that I had chosen and assured me that my issue would be covered. The company that 2-10 HBW sent out was very professional and they replaced my entire central air unit. All I had to pay was a small service fee less than $100. I have benefited from protecting my home thru 2-10 HBW by knowing that I have a safety net and that gives me a peace of mind.
