I own a town home that I rent out in a more upscale community. Unfortunately, my A/C stopped working for my new tenant and she called a local provider. Those people didn’t show up until the day after appointment was scheduled! They told her I needed a new coil on a 7 year old A/C system. Well, I contacted 2-10 HBW immediately and set up appointment for next day. The A/C repairman showed up right on time. He was pleasant and thorough and said my coil was not an issue and I was most likely covered by the service agreement. What a relief! I plan on selling my home next year and definitely will recommend 2-10 HBW to new owner.
