When I first purchased my condo in the spring of 2007, the original 2-10 HBW Service Agreement was still in effect. Shortly afterwards though, the heating and air conditioning system became problematic. I called 2-10 HBW and a service technician arrived the next day to check things out. It worked “better” for a few days, but then the same original problems resumed. Again, 2-10 HBW was called and another technician arrived and, after a thorough inspection deemed the system “beyond repair” and made recommendations to have it replaced.
In short, arrangements were made and a brand new heating and air conditioning system was installed. That in itself was a major undertaking since a huge crane was required to have the main unit placed on the roof of a 5-story building. And now, I am glad to report that since receiving the new system I have not had a single problem with it. And believe me, I’ve really put it to the test every winter and summer since, especially in the summer! I would definitely and emphatically recommend any home owner the 2-10 HBW Service Agreement for all of their major appliances and systems.
