I have an annual check-up done on my A/C unit with another company’s contract. However, if there is something that needs to be replaced, I call 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty ^®. During the past 18 months I have had an A/C compressor and an electrical board on an inside unit replaced, and was happy with results.
