My wife is a Realtor/Broker who recommends clients purchase buyer’s warranties. I look at the cost versus the benefits. In 11 years starting out in a newly built home with new appliances, we have used our 2-10 HBW coverage three times. Once to repair our garage door opener, once to repair the dryer in our wash room, and once to replace the fan in our outdoor AC condenser unit. I’m glad to know that I’m covered.
