My 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Service Agreement came with my house when I built it 10 years ago. Some might think it unnecessary to maintain a warranty on a brand new home, but it made sense to me to have another way of protecting my biggest investment. I haven’t had to use my Service Agreement very often, but when I have, the process was efficient and effective. I’ve been very happy with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and will continue to use their services for years to come.
