We’ve been a customer of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® since we purchased our home in 2008. We’ve had a few things go out like our dishwasher and our A/C unit. Every time I’ve ever called, I’m greeted with a friendly voice on the phone. Their customer service is amazing! The person I speak to is always eager to help in any way. Service is quick also! Within days I’m having a service tech at my house doing a repair, which has saved us thousands of dollars!
I’ve had other friends who do not have a home warranty and complain about the expenses they have spent on repairs. I tell them about our home warranty and how much money we have saved by having it.
I also have other friends who do have a home warranty, but it’s not with 2-10 HBW. They say it’s horrible and not worth the money. So they have, in turn, dropped their home warranty.
This past year, we did not have a need to use our warranty, but you never know when you will need it. Since we went a whole year without having a claim, we were rewarded with a discount! Score for us! We weren’t expecting that and were very excited to be rewarded! I’ve never heard of a home warranty company doing this for customers!
We plan on putting our home on the market in the spring of 2015, as we will be moving to another state. We plan to buy a new home next summer. We will continue to do business with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty®! They are great on their prices and their coverage! They are there if you need them!
If you want a great company to cover your home needs, 2-10 HBW is the best! I recommend them to our friends and family often!
