We have heard all the horror stories about home warranties so we weren’t sure there would even be a benefit in having one, but we figured we would give it a shot. Several months after moving in to our “new to us” home, our cook top stopped working. We were skeptics, but we called to make a claim and a repairman came out the next day. They determined that it was indeed broken, and there were no parts to fix it. A new unit was immediately ordered and delivered to our home. The installers came out the next day to install. It was a quick and painless process, and made us believe whole-heartedly in 2-10 HBW.
