I’m glad to say that I have had nothing but excellent experiences with 2-10 HBW. I’ve filed five or six claims on my furnace and the contractors recommended fixed the problems for only the minimum $50 service fee to me. I received a new disposal on a call a couple of years ago, and the new one is running fine. I also had the glass front on my oven replaced. In the meantime, I’ve had peace of mind about my other major appliances, should they malfunction. I’m definitely a very satisfied customer.
