We have been with 2-10 HBW since we bought our present home in 2001. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. 2-10 HBW has provided us a sense of security the past 13 years knowing that when the unexpected happens, it will be taken care of. Since 2001, 2-10 HBW has provided technicians to repair various home issues including A/C, heating, plumbing and appliance repair. On instances where the appliance or unit was beyond repair, 2-10 HBW provided us new ones including a new air conditioning/heating unit (central air), a new water heater and a new washing machine the past few years. 2-10 HBW has provided outstanding service that is why we keep renewing our home warranty with them.
