Problem solved — house (and maybe lives) saved

Our second-floor HVAC system was acting up, so we called 2-10 HBW. The HVAC contractor found that the 24-volt transformer was bad but there was also an electrical problem. He contacted 2-10 HBW and a electrician was sent out to diagnose the problem. The electrician found that the white wires on the block in the breaker box had loosened and were arcing inside the box (a potential fire issue). Problem solved — house (and maybe lives) saved.
