There hasn’t been a single time when 2-10 HBW wasn’t prompt and attentive to my request in the eight years I’ve been with the company. Whether it was a minor issue or major one, the company has worked with its contractors to ensure that I’ve been taken care of at every step. Recently, my HVAC unit had to be replaced. I had their contractor at my house at 9 a.m. on Monday morning after requesting a service call over the weekend and had a new unit in my home by noon that Thursday.
