I have been with 2-10 HBW for 8 years, I may have used them less than 10 times since I have had the Service Agreement. Each and every time they have been professional, timely with the responses and provided support through each maintenance issue. I had a friend one day that told me to switch over to another home warranty program because it would cost less than what I was paying on a monthly basis because they did not charge a finance fee. Signing up for the program was difficult at best, however during that time my friend developed an issue with his A/C and it took the company almost three weeks just to get someone out to his home to take care of his issue. I knew then that I had made a horrible mistake, 2-10 HBW welcomed me back as a renewal and not a new customer. I love this company and will never make the mistake of leaving again. I would recommend 2-10 HBW to anyone that wants a quality Home Warranty Service Agreement.
