A service contractor arrived at our house the next day

The very first winter we needed to schedule a service call using our 2-10 HBW Service Agreement. It was starting to turn cold, but the furnace wouldn’t run. After finding our paperwork, and making the call to initiate the claim, we had a service contractor at our house the next day. While he was able to get the furnace to function, he noted that repair would be needed. Next thing we knew, we were being called to schedule the repair visit. The technician came and installed the necessary parts to ensure our furnace would continue working at top efficiency. Thanks, 2-10 HBW!
