The first time I had to use my warranty coverage was when I had problems with my air conditioning unit. It was deemed unrepairable and was immediately replaced. Since that time, I have also had my heating unit replaced as well as my hot water tank. The service was fantastic as well as the work carried out. Also very friendly service when I first contacted 2-10 HBW.
