The repairman was there the next day

Just a few days after renewing our warranty, I came home to a refrigerator that was not working. It was four o’clock in the afternoon, but I called 2-10 HBW and a claim was open within 20 minutes. The first appointment Sears had available for my area was not for two weeks, so I called 2-10 HBW again. A new claim was opened, but this time with a vendor in my area. The repairman was there the next day. I am very happy with the service I received both from the 2-10 HBW rep and the repair service.
