I had a problem with my water heater a few years ago. The bottom of it had burst open (of course while I was away on vacation) and was leaking so much water. I came home and when I found it, I requested service right away. The next day (Monday), I got a call from 2-10 HBW saying that my claim was going to be sent to a contractor and they should contact me that day or the next. The contractor called me that day and made an appointment for the next day with me, came out and assessed the situation, and replaced my water heater, all for just the cost of the service fee. He was professional and courteous and the work was super fast. Thanks 2-10 HBW.
