I recently had a problem with my plumbing. I contacted 2-10 HBW and was able to get a representative on the phone immediately. He gave me a work order number and dispatched my claim immediately. The service provider contacted me and made arrangements to come out the same day. Parts that were placed were brand new and NOT reconditioned. The service provider was knowledgeable about the problem, was very polite and considerate.
