I had an emergency happen a little over a year ago when our hot water heater developed a leak on the bottom. This leak was detected late in the day. I phoned the 2-10 HBW contact number and received a call within 30 minutes from the service contractor requesting my water heater model number, etc. The service contractor set up an early appointment for the following morning at 6:00 AM because he knew we needed hot water. He actually called from our driveway at 5:45 AM to make sure we were awake. He was very courteous, very efficient in his work and by 6:30 AM he had the old leaking water heater loaded in his truck and was on his way to his next job. This was prompt service. We have been very satisfied with 2-10 HBW and would highly recommend them.
