We had a real good experience with 2-10 HBW. My refrigerator wouldn’t get cold and I lost a lot of food. I called 2-10 HBW that night and I got to actually speak to someone. I told them what was going on and they gave me a number to call that was locally based. I called the next day and the company had somebody out to my house the same day. It was a part that went bad. The company had the part and I was up and running again. 2-10 HBW did a follow up with me to see if my problem was fixed. Now how many companies call back their customers to see if the job was to your satisfaction?
