In November 2014, I experienced a garage door opener motor failure. It is a wide door and impossible to lift manually by my wife. I reported it on a weekend to 2-10 HBW. On Monday morning a service contractor called and fixed the problem that day. We have never had a problem with 2-10 HBW and recommend them to family and friends.
