Our gas furnace when out (after 12 years) and we called 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty ^®. They immediately set up a reputable company to come out and look at our issue. The technician found that the circuit board failed after all these years, but the company didn’t have the replacement readily available. They special-ordered the part and it was replaced within a couple days, no problem. The technician was very pleasant and professional, and displayed care and concern for our situation. We heartily recommend 2-10 HBW as we have used them since we bought our new house in 2002. Kudos to all! Thanks.
