We received a check to replace our microwave

We had our microwave break down and called 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty regarding our options. A contractor was sent the next day. While the microwave could not be fixed, we received a check to replace it at a store of our choice. We’ve experienced great customer service in all our dealings with 2-10 HBW. Thank you very much.
