In today’s world finding even satisfactory customer service representatives is almost impossible. I now truly feel that is because 2-10 HBW has hired all the good ones. Have been a policy holder for 4 years now and have had to call the call center twice in those 4 years. Both times the representatives on the phone were very friendly, responsive, polite and totally understood the circumstances we were under. The local service contractors you have aligned with in our area are excellent and do very nice work. We will continue to keep our coverage with 2-10 HBW as long as you keep up the excellent service. As well we will continue to recommend your service to all our friends and neighbors. Thank you!!!!
