My experience with 2-10 HBW has been great. There have been different occasions when I’ve had to call 2-10 HBW for service or just for general questions, and each time I have called it was a positive experience. The customer service is good and, when I needed service at my home, it was taken care of right away. I feel a sense of security knowing if my home systems or appliances aren’t working correctly that with 2-10 HBW everything will be taken care of. For this reason, when someone I know buys a home I always recommend for them to sign up with 2-10 HBW.
