I have been a 2-10 HBW customer for nearly 15 years. Over that time, there has rarely been an instance that I disagreed with the way my issue was handled. When I did, there was a process to rectify the situation. A great company with a great product. Keep up the superb customer service and I will likely be a customer for another 15 years.
